SDG&E power outage

October 8, 2023 at 4:56 p.m.: SDSU is aware of an SDG&E power outage impacting some of our residential buildings and the local area. The university will provide updates as soon as they are available. According to SDG&E, power is expected to be restored by 9:30 p.m.

October 8, 2023 at 5:52 p.m.: SDSU has confirmed that the SDG&E power outage is impacting the following residential communities: Aztec Corner, Granada, Essential, Piedra del Sol, University Towers and Viva. SDG&E's outage map provides additional details.

October 8, 2023 at 6:32 p.m.: Power has been restored at all residential facilities following a SDG&E outage.
